It is the symbol, and the raison d’être of our winery.

The expression of a philosophy that begins with the search for the optimal point of maturation of the skins.

Each of the grapes, that will go through the highly artisan maceration process, is carefully selected.

The varietals are each fermented and aged separately, in different types of oak barrels depending on the variety, during a period that usually ranges from 12 to 14 months, until the final wine is assembled and subsequent aged.

The wine has a ruby red color, with a garnet rim.

On the nose it has an elegant and complex aroma of black fruit. It is spicy, very mineral, and balsamic which increases the complexity.

On the palate it is lively; wild herbs appear, it is earthy and iodized, and the wood is subtly noticeable in the form of the aroma of pipe tobacco and cocoa. It is round and balanced without excessive body. Fresh, smooth and long-lasting. It presents nuances of salinity in the mouth that bring us closer to the Mediterranean.

Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Monastrell and Fogoneu.

Alcohol: 14.5% vol.

Cap de Barbaria has been selected as one of the 100 best wines in Spain, and best wine from the Balearic Islands.
