Harvest: Mechanical harvest at night, with manual selection at the winery.
Vineyard: 25 years old, pebbles and loose stone, rich in calcium and magnesium.
Varietal: Verdejo 100%.
Alcohol: 13% Volume.
Maceration: Initial cryo-maceration of the grapes, with fermentation at a controlled temperature, and subsequent maturation on its lees.
Type of bottle: Bordeaux (clear).
Appearance: Pale straw.
On the nose: Intense and complex with light floral notes and suggestions of fresh fruit such as green apple and pear. Also present are the typical herbal essences of the Verdejo variety.
On the palate: Elegant, fresh and creamy. It has a crisp acidity and a characteristic bitter finish, typical of Verdejo.
