Vineyard: 15 years old, pebbles and loose stone, rich in calcium and magnesium. 

Varietal: Verdejo 100%.

Alcohol: 12.5% Volume.

Maceration: Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with subsequent maturation on its lees.

Type of bottle: Bordeaux (light green).

Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Pale straw, light, brilliant and clean.

On the nose: Intense and fresh, with white fruit notes (pear) along with tropical aromas (lychee, pineapple) and a citrus finish.

On the palate: Light and fresh, with a lively acidity and a lingering citrus aftertaste.

Pairing:  Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light meals.
