Harvest: Pre-selection in vineyard. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kgs. Selection of grapes in the cellar.

Varietals: Treixadura 85%, Albariño 10%, Lado 5%.

Alcohol: 12% Volume.

Production: Fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Aged on its fine lees, blended with fine lees from the following season.

Static stabilization. Smooth filtering.

Pairing: Ideal accompaniment to fresh and semi-cured cheeses, processed fish, poultry, foie gras and white meat.

Production: 2,150 numbered bottles (750 ml.), and 100 Magnums.
