Alcohol: 13% Volume.

Production: Freezing the grapes in a “freezing tunnel”. Fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Static stabilization. Smooth filtering.

Production: 5,910 numbered bottles (750 ml.), and 350 Magnums.
